Why should I digitize photographs?

Where are your photos right now? Are they fading away in your loft, getting damp or stuffed in the back of a cupboard gathering dust? Let us save your precious memories from being lost, forgotten or damaged with our professional photo scanning service.

By scanning them into a digital format, you will preserve and protect one of your most irreplaceable possessions.

What size photo's can you scan?

We scan all the popular sizes such as 3×5″, 6×4″, 7×5″, 8×6″, APS and Polaroid, but we can scan anything from as small as 7x7cm and up to as large as A4 (21×29.7cm).

How should you package your photographs?

The best way is to send us the photographs neatly stacked in different envelopes used for different sizes or categories or albums. This allows us to digitize these in order and avoid any mix ups for multiple albums. 

• Make sure your outer container is strong enough for the contents
• Seal envelope/box in a plastic mailing bag.
• Fill your container with cushioning material like bubble-wrap, screwed up paper, or polystyrene chips, to prevent your originals from moving around during shipping.
• Avoid using shredded paper as cushioning material, as it is inherently dusty and only offers minimal protection.
• Write a return address on the item
• Include your order number or place a print out of your order inside your container
• Seal securely with tape along all openings and edges
• Use a ‘FRAGILE’ sticker, if necessary

Format & resolution of scanning?

We save all scanned photographs in high quality JPEG. The average file size is 1-10MB depending on the original photo size

As standard we scan photos at premium quality 600dpi. 600dpi resolution captures all the original detail of the photo and is suitable for enlarging photos to over twice their original size.

Below are a few examples of the finished digital size of some common photo sizes:

6×4″ = 3600×2400 pixels (8.6 megapixels)
7×5″ = 4200×3000 pixels (12.6 megapixels)
8×6″ = 4800×3600 pixels (17.3 megapixels)
10×8″ = 6000×4800 pixels (28.8 megapixels)

In how many days I can receive my scanned photos?

Your photos are digitized in 2-3 business days once we have received them.

Will you keep my pictures in Order?

Some photos tend to be more finicky than others and may require multiple pieces of equipment. For these reasons, and because we want to make our processes as efficient as possible, we cannot guarantee that our team will be able to keep your photos in a specific/chronological order. Our priority is to make sure your memories are transferred at the highest possible quality.

Do you clean or restore photographs?

While we offer minimal dust removal, we do not offer extensive cleaning of each of your images. We recommend cleaning them before you send your order to us. Restoring old or damaged photos is not something we do at this time. However, once your photo files are downloaded to your computer, you can easily drag and drop to reorganize, create folders, and rename the individual images however you'd like! You can also easily load them into the image editor of your choice and retouch and edit to your liking.

Can you scan documents as well?

Do you Scan Photo Albums Directly?

No. We do not currently offer a service to scan photo album pages or mounted/framed photographs.

Do you keep a Copy of the Photos as well?

We keep secure backups of your images free of charge for 15 days from the date we complete your order. After this time we will delete all images used in the process of producing your order.

Will my Photos be rotated & cropped?

Yes. Our scanning system automatically crops photos to their physical dimensions and then we manually rotate each image.

Please note: ‘physical dimensions’ means that any extraneous paper, sticky tape etc that extends beyond the border of the photo will be included as part of the final image. It’s always best to make sure anything like that is removed before sending to us.

Artwork Proofing:
We strive for customer satisfaction, hence we always get the artwork files approved by the customers before processing it for print. After the high resolution print files are received, within 2-3 business days, the proofing is shared with the customers, only on getting approval, we start the printing process. 

Shipping / Delivery Info:
Standard Checkout  - Dispatch in 3 - 5 business days (excluding Metal and Vinyl stickers)
Express Checkout - Dispatch 1 - 2 business days with Rs. 199 additional  (excluding Metal Stickers and Vinyl stickers)

- After shipping, orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days in well connected cities
- Additional days might be required for remote areas.
- We do not guarantee delivery dates keeping current restrictions in mind. 

Can we upload multiple designs on a single order?

We only accept one design for a single order. If you need to print multiple designs, please place multiple orders. We accept multiple designs in one order, if the quantity is above 2000pcs.

Custom Size Requirement
We can provide stickers/labels in any size that you require as per your dimension requirement.
For example, if you require a 2.6in x 3.5in rectangle, opt for 3in x 4in size and mention your accurate size in the delivery instructions, we shall share you a proof for the same, before processing.

How to Apply?
To get best results, ensure that the surface of application is completely dry and dust free. Our stickers last the longest on even and smooth surfaces, as textured surfaces do not give an even base to the adhesive for sticking. These stickers come in sheets with precise cutting and hassle free easy peeling.

Artwork Size Guideline
Movement of 1-2mm may occur during the cutting process. Please extend the background colour/artwork by 4mm minimum and keep all text/important information 3mm inside the cutting area. Refer to the PDF for better understanding.

Color Guideline
We provide you with a multicolor printing service on all stickers/labels.

How to store the Stickers?
After receiving the stickers it is advisable to store the sticker upside down under some basic pressure to avoid any bends/curling.
